At Rabenstein Castle, we offer gastronomic experiences of a particularly entertaining and tasty variety on numerous dates throughout the year. From a four-course meal in our State Hall, accompanied by mystery shows that tempt you to join in the crime-puzzles, or magical performances at Dinner-Meets-Magic, to our classics, the wild boar barbecue buffet and the popular whisky dinner, there is an event to suit every taste.
Please note that the dinner shows are performed in German language.
Another highlight are our castle concerts in the ceremonial hall of Rabenstein Castle and our cave concerts in the unique atmosphere of the Sophie's Cave.

Gitarrenmusik zwischen Romantik, Latin und Flamenco
Träume und Fernweh zum Klingen bringen ist die Passion des weit gereisten Gitarrenvirtuosen Stefan Grasse. Als Weltenbummler mit Gitarre hat er musikalische Reiseimpressionen aus Europa und Südamerika mitgebracht. So entsteht ein abwechslungsreiches Programm, bunt und facettenreich wie ein Kaleidoskop, das Sehnsüchte und Lebensfreude weckt und Lust auf sonnendurchflutete Landschaften macht.
Aus Südamerika erklingen brasilianische Bossa Nova und kubanischer Son, aus Europa spielt Stefan Grasse andalusischen Flamenco, sowie romantische und neoklassische Musik. Seine Gitarrenkunst lässt sich mit Attributen wie mitreißend, virtuos, gefühlvoll und berührend beschreiben. Sie weckt Sehnsüchte nach sonnendurchfluteten Landschaften und lässt die Seele in den Urlaub fliegen.
Stefan Grasse wurde mit Kulturförderpreisen der Stadt Nürnberg und des Bezirks Mittelfranken sowie mit dem Kulturpreis des Kulturforums Franken ausgezeichnet. Bis 2025 gab er weltweit über 3500 Konzerte. Er veröffentlichte bisher 21 CD-Produktionen und ist künstlerischer Leiter mehrerer Konzertreihen. Seit 2024 ist Stefan Grasse Mitglied der Recording Academy in Kalifornien, die die jährlichen Grammy Awards verleiht. www.stefan-grasse.de
