Concerts in Sophie's Cave

Sophie's Cave is one of the most beautiful stalactite caves in the region, some even say the most beautiful. We cannot confirm this with certainty, but of course we will not deny it either. But we can say one thing for sure: The antechamber of Sophie's Cave is one of the most spectacular and atmospheric backdrops for a concert you can imagine.

Let yourself be inspired by the very special atmosphere of the cave and enjoy a cave concert that will sweep you away. The spectrum ranges from Gregorian chants by the choir "The Gregorian Voices", to blues, rock and oldies with the "Albert Koch Trio", to a journey from "Nämberch" (i.e. Nuremberg) to New York with our favorite atmospheric duo Wulli and Sonja.

Our tip: Before the 8 p.m. concerts, enjoy a relaxed, well-timed menu in our castle restaurant. Admission to the castle restaurant is at 5.30 p.m. and the menu starts at 6 p.m. Afterwards, you will have plenty of time to get to Sophie's Cave at your leisure.
