Fine Franconian cuisine in our castle restaurant
From Tuesday to Sunday, the castle kitchen serves delicious castle menus for our hotel guests from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (orders accepted until 8 p.m.). You can choose between a 3-course menu for 39 euros and a 4-course menu for 45 euros. There is always a choice of three different main courses: meat, fish or vegetarian.

Sophisticated cuisine with regional ingredients
Our kitchen team primarily uses regional foods. Freshness and naturalness of all products used are our top priority. These ingredients are used to conjure up a variety of delicacies that will delight even the most discerning palates. There are also a number of popular themed evenings and dinner shows with culinary and cultural highlights.
You will find the right wine for every taste on our drinks menu. Our focus is on a wide selection of Franconian wines from renowned wineries, ranging from the classic Silvaner to the trendy Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. These are complemented by wines from the best-known growing regions in Europe as well as a modern selection of non-alcoholic wines.
During events or theme evenings, there may be restrictions on regular restaurant service. Prior reservation is therefore strongly recommended. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the castle restaurant.
Our kitchen team recharges its batteries on Mondays and only caters for private parties by prior arrangement in exceptional cases. However, we are also happy to provide our hotel guests with a selection of cold platters on Mondays, offering everything from Franconian sausage specialties to vegan and vegetarian spreads.
